GEL POLISH
The gel is a long-lasting polish that we guarantee for 10 days if the polish is applied along with a manicure. If your gel manicure chips within 10 days, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a fix. Please give us a call at 630-522-3945 or dm us on facebook/Instagram at @cestbonnails to schedule the earliest time for the complimentary repair.
DIP POWDER
We guarantee dip powder for 14 days. If you dip your powder chips within 14 days, please let us know immediately so we can arrange a fix. Please give us a call at 630-522-3945 or dm us on facebook/Instagram at @cestbonnails to schedule the earliest time for the complimentary repair.
PUNCTUALITY
Please get in touch with a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late for an appointment. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in our salon. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Ambiance Gift Cards, and Contactless Pay are acceptable tenders for services and products. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or payments over the phone.
REFUNDS
Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on- site manager know of any concerns. We’re here to help!
